WHAT APPROACH DO WE TAKE TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEM IN OUR JOURNEY(LIFE) OR ARE WE ESCAPING FROM IT. AND THIS WHAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERANCE IN LIFE. THERE ARE TWO OUTCOMES

2. SATISFACTION( NOT HAPPINESS BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE ACHIEVED)

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK I.E. SEEING THE PROBLEM, OBSERVING IT THAT HOW IT MADE THE WHOLE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE., WHY YOU MADE IT SO IMPORTANT TO HARM YOU , AND THIS WILL GIVE YOU THE ANSWER WHAT YOU YOU DID WRONG AT THAT POSITION.
OR IT MIGHT HAPPEN THAT SOME THING REALLY BAD HAPPENED WIYH YOU WHICH YOU DON'T WANT TO FACE, FOR THAT YOU YOU SHOULD FORGET ALL ABOUT IT AND LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS TO COMPLETELY START A NEW LIFE FROM THAT POSITION AS NOTHING HAPPENED EARLIER.
