LIFE IS A JOURNEY IN WHICH WE ALL HAVE TO TRAVEL. WE WILL FACE BOTH STONES AND FLOWERS ON OUR WAY BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO HOW WE WE FACE THEM. WHAT APPROACH DO WE TAKE TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEM IN OUR JOURNEY(LIFE) OR ARE WE ESCAPING FROM IT. AND THIS WHAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERANCE IN LIFE. THERE ARE TWO OUTCOMES

2. SATISFACTION( NOT HAPPINESS BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE ACHIEVED)

OBSERVE THE ROOT CAUSE-

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK I.E. SEEING THE PROBLEM, OBSERVING IT THAT HOW IT MADE THE WHOLE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE., WHY YOU MADE IT SO IMPORTANT TO HARM YOU , AND THIS WILL GIVE YOU THE ANSWER WHAT YOU YOU DID WRONG AT THAT POSITION.
OR IT MIGHT HAPPEN THAT SOME THING REALLY BAD HAPPENED WIYH YOU WHICH YOU DON'T WANT TO FACE, FOR THAT YOU YOU SHOULD FORGET ALL ABOUT IT AND LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS TO COMPLETELY START A NEW LIFE FROM THAT POSITION AS NOTHING HAPPENED EARLIER.

MAKE YOURSELF BUSY

THIS WILL MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD AS YOU WOULD BE GAINING SOMETHING INSTEAD OF LOSING YOUR TIME AND SKILL. MAKING YOURSELF TO SOMETHING WILL NOT MAKE YOU FEEL ALONE AT SOMETIMES AND THIS WILL HELP YOU MOVE ALONG IN LIFE.
